Sound and Vibrations!
Sound is caused by Vibrations. Vibrating objects make sound. This sound is passed to our ears and this is how we hear. Sounds get louder (increase in volume) when they vibrate harder.

FUN EXPERIMENT: Blowing up Balloons!
Class 4 here is a very fun and interesting Experiment for you to try out with an elder member of your family.
Chemical reactions make for some great experiments. Make use of the carbon dioxide given off by a baking soda and lemon juice reaction by funnelling the gas through a soft drink bottle and in to your awaiting balloon!
Do write about your experience with this experiment in your journal and on your blog. I would love to read how it went. It's okay if it doesn't go perfect, but you should atleast try...

Here is another activity for you to do.
This activity is based on the changing states of matter. Give it a try and don't forget to write about your experience with this activity in your journal.
Basic outline of how you should mention each activity in your journal:
--> Name of activity:
--> Some Keywords about its display (e.g. it involved a beaker, it had buttons of heat and cool)
--> How well did you do in it.
Parent/Guardian guidance is Mandatory!

Welcome to your IQ blog class 4A!! :-)
Dear Class,
The wait is over, here is your very own IQ blog. Here you can share your interesting facts and questions with each other. I'll also be posting some questions from time to time, so keep blogging!
Remember! Your aim is to learn more and enhance your knowledge, so put your best effort in the work you do with full devotion and dedication.
Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve. :-)

Interesting Question for you!
Today in the class, Aashir asked that if oxygen is not present beyond the atmosphere and fire needs oxygen to burn, then how come the sun is made of fire as there is no oxygen present there. Very Interesting! Now, search on the net and share your answers here!
Happy googling! :-)
